Another day...

I walked 4~1km rounds in 48 mins! I am aiming for 5 days of walks this week. Breakfast was 2 slices of wholemeal bread toasted smeared with canola spread, marmalade and sliced bananas; half a mug of ovaltine, small slice of seedless papaya, a plum and half an apple.

Above pic: my liquid salad! A medium size cucumber thinly sliced, a handful of mint leaves (tear into pieces), a large ripe lime thinly sliced and a thumb size piece of fresh ginger, grated. Put all ingredients into a swanking new 2L water container, add 8.5 cups of cooled boiled filtered water or in this case filled up to the top! Leave overnight in the fridge to infuse and drink throughout the day.
This 2L container is from 100Yen shop and its absolutely water tight! A good purchase for a mere RM4.90!

p.s. Drink this concoction for 4 days in a row, suppose to flatten your tummy!

but wait, how's the taste? i can't stand weird tasting stuff, even if it'll flatten my stomach instantly!

toong kuan suei? my drinking and cooking water comes from the filter DH installed! LOL!

taste like gingerly, limen-y, mint-y and cucumber-y! LOL!!!!

hahaha... good description! oh yeah, would it make us 'lao-sai' like the many detox n slimming tea products sold outside?

I only had it for the first time yesterday. So far so good.. everything normal woh.. more wee2 only.....

I'm thinking to try this but I try to stop drink cold drink which store in the fridge, not good for health.
