I Finally Did It! What? You Need to Get to The Bottom....

DH and I were out for our morning walk today.... I did 4~1km rounds in 55mins ~ first round was inclusive of chatting with fellow residents on the situation that we are going through at the apartment complex.

Breakfast was two slices of brown bread with canola spread and orange marmalade; one soft boiled egg, a mug of plain unsweetened coffee, slices of crispy sweet apples and a couple wedges of orange.

Rushed out to pick up mother for a visit to puchong; had an early lunch with her at the usual coffeeshop. I had a small plate of char siew with dry wantan noodles with a side order of white chicken drumstick. Another mug of kopi kurang manis.

Met a Sunshine Girl at 1.30pm at the Raintree club where I had another lunch! I woofed down some sticks of satay and all the sandwich off the Club Sandwich platter! Liquids were iced lemon tea and followed by coffee. By 5pm I had three meals already! Aiks! And I had only stepped on the scale this morning (which recorded a loss of 1.5lbs!). I of course had to scale down portions at dinner.

Dinner was: two tablespoons of brown rice, bayam in a potato and onion based soup, steam 'tofu fish' with shredded young ginger and tomatoe with a dash of chinese cooking wine; and yesterday's braised fried tofu with fresh mushroom with tri color capsicum topping.

After months of deliberating, I FINALLY WENT and got me a starter kit of SK-II! Was supposed to start today (as told to Wendy) but decided to finish off the balance of my current lot.

The essential kit cost RM98.00 and should last me two weeks..... will I see results in that short period of time? Of the four items in the picture (Left to Right) the third item is not part of the essential kit but I asked and was given a sample to try! Hey! anyone here using SK-II?

I like SKII masks, most of them I've tried, and they are pretty good! LOL!
For for essence hoh, really need like more than a month to see some difference. :P

You're doing great - so consistent with the walks.

I was going to say that I've tried the Essence with no effect. Then I read shoppingmum's comment. Hmm, maybe should've given it more time.

I'm using Dermalogica though... I heard that sometimes SK-II is not suitable for certain skin types... well, got to try it before to find out!

Hi Ladies!

Thanks for the encouragement and the feedback on SK-II. Thats the reason I bought the starter set - TO TRY! Looks like maybe I need to buy a second set to at least try it for a month! Hope it suits my skin type!

Hi Emily, I swear by my SK-II after 2 years. They cost me 3 times the average Malaysian salary (apparently) a year, but hey ... if I don't have to go see the surgeon for nips and tucks in later years, then it's well worth it! Tell me if they work for you! :D
