Sob! these baby cupcakes not baked by moi, my eldest gurl with her new housemates baked them for fun and decorated them for the current festive season! Hopefully there are some left in the freezer for me, as I shall only be visiting her on the weekend!

Whoa!! Big time cookinh session!!! They look yummy!!!
Will be publishing my oatmeal brown bread recipe on quiltingwithjanet tomorrow in my new post, since you and several others have asked for it. This is a cultural favourite in my part of the world(Nova Scotia, Canada) and is delicious warm from he oven with soups, stews and home made baked beans.

Hi Emily: I've got to stop looking at these cupcakes - I have all the ingredients and even the little cases too!Tempting!
Wanted to let you know that the recipe for oatmeal brown bread is up on my blog and also some discussion of starting a tutorial for my sea creatures quilt if I can get a group of interested people to make it worth my while. Much quilting being done today - meanwhile preparing for yet another heavy snowfall tonight and tomorrow.Happy New Year!
