This and That

I am happy to say that I have lost the 8lbs I gained during the 3.5 months I stayed home to look after DH.  This morning the numbers on the mean machine indicated: 148lbs.  So, glad to say that I am back on track to loosing weight.  This was solely due to the fact that I had cut down on my food intake especially for dinner and without exercise to boot!  


Lately my breakfast was only a cup of black coffee or black tea with lemon and honey; and a green apple and an orange!  I do have a full meal at lunch with either rice plus two vegs and one meat or noodles in soup.  I have a tea break at 6pm and mostly no dinner.  But if I feel hungry I might have a cup of ovaltine with some crackers or brown bread.  I feel that I might be lacking in some nutrients; so I am considering a proper meal replacement like what my relatives are taking.

I have 20 lbs more to loose still!

Taken me two years (almost?) to get from 165lbs to 148lbs!

Wow, Emily, congratulations on the weight loss!

I am sooo jealous - but, I could never eat as little as you do! My stomach would scream in pain, and I'd probably go quite mad!!! Hahahah!!!

Be sure to get the nutrients you need, though.

The fastest way of losing weight is to fall in love. I fell in love and lost 2 kgs despite eating like a sumo wrestler. After coming back from Langkawi, we've been having Toblerone for breakfast, Whittaker's for lunch and Ritter Sport for dinner and I still weigh 46kg!

DH worries for me too! He would text me that he defrosted ingredients for me to cook for dinner! So I cooked me two dinners this week already! sob :(
